This package includes digital QR codes only. Physical medallions, plaques, necklaces, bracelets, engraving, printing, delivery and cemetery installation are charged separately.

Standard Digital QR-code Generation: Applies when a QR code is bought as a standalone service, when a new QR setup is required, when the code is not included in a package, or when the QR destination and memorial link must still be configured. Additional Digital QR Code for an Existing Active Profile: Available only when the client already holds an active memorial or legacy package, the profile already exists, the main QR destination is already configured, and the additional code is linked to that existing approved profile.
If the hosting service is not renewed, the memorial profile will enter a grace period of 10 days. During this period, the client may renew the service or request an export of authorised content. After the grace period, public access may be suspended. Content handling will follow the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
