What does a memorial cost?
Every package and its price is listed on our pricing page and quoted in Namibian dollars. Bespoke productions are quoted after a consultation, in writing, before any work begins.
Who can see the memorial page?
You choose. Every memorial starts private. You can keep it private, share an unlisted link, protect it with a passcode, or publish it publicly, and you can change that setting at any time.
What happens to the QR code if the memorial page changes?
The physical QR code remains unchanged while the memorial service remains active. Its destination can be securely maintained, updated or suspended without replacing the engraved code.
We can also point a code at a redesigned or replaced memorial page, and suspend it if a physical QR medallion or QR plaque is lost or stolen.
How long is my memorial preserved?
Everlasting Legacy Productions provides long-term digital preservation subject to the selected service package, continued hosting, platform availability and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Hosting periods, renewal fees, grace periods and export windows for each package are set out on the pricing page and in the Terms and Conditions.
What is the difference between a digital QR code and the physical items?
One digital QR code is an electronic QR image linked to one memorial profile.
A digital QR code is not a physical plaque, medallion or piece of jewellery.
The client may download the approved QR code for authorised use.
Additional digital QR codes may be purchased separately.
Physical medallions, plaques, necklaces, bracelets, engraving and cemetery installation are not included. These products and services are priced separately.
How many digital QR codes does a package include?
Each package lists its own digital QR-code allowance on the pricing page.

Which QR services do you offer, and what does each one mean?
Standard Digital QR-code Generation: Creation and configuration of one downloadable digital QR code linked to an approved profile. Physical products, engraving, printing, delivery and installation are not included.
It does not include: medallion, plaque, jewellery, engraving, printing, delivery, cemetery installation.
Digital QR code only. No physical product is included.
Additional Digital QR Code for an Existing Active Profile: A discounted additional digital QR code linked to an existing active profile. This price does not apply to a new standalone QR-code setup.

Physical QR medallion: A small physical memorial item containing an engraved or printed QR code.
This package includes the following physical product: QR medallion.
Physical QR plaque: A durable plate containing a QR code that may be mounted on a tombstone, wall, bench, statue or memorial.

Engraving: Etching or marking a QR code onto an approved physical material.

Cemetery installation: The authorised attachment or installation of a QR medallion or plaque at a gravesite.
Installation may require: cemetery permission, travel, surface preparation, mounting materials, specialist labour.

Do you use AI to write the tribute?
We use AI as a drafting assistant, working only from the material your family provides. Nothing is published until a person in your family has read, edited and approved it.
Where are photos and videos stored?
In private, encrypted storage. Files are never publicly addressable, and images on a public memorial page are served through short-lived secure links.
Can family members contribute?
Yes. You can invite relatives as contributors so they can upload photos and memories, without giving them the ability to publish or delete the memorial.
Is Solace a counselling service?
No. Solace is a companion for grief. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe anything, and it is not a substitute for a counsellor, doctor or emergency service.

Do you travel outside Windhoek?
Yes. We film across Namibia. Travel beyond a 60 km radius of Windhoek is quoted separately.
Can we get a refund?
Deposits and completed production work are non-refundable, but unstarted work can be cancelled. Full details are in our refund policy.
