What a digital QR code is
- One digital QR code is an electronic QR image linked to one memorial profile.
- A digital QR code is not a physical plaque, medallion or piece of jewellery.
- The client may download the approved QR code for authorised use.
- Additional digital QR codes may be purchased separately.
The physical QR code remains unchanged while the memorial service remains active. Its destination can be securely maintained, updated or suspended without replacing the engraved code.
Everlasting Legacy Productions provides long-term digital preservation subject to the selected service package, continued hosting, platform availability and the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Digital QR-code generation and physical QR products are separate services. Each is defined below and each is priced on its own.

Etching or marking a QR code onto an approved physical material.

The authorised attachment or installation of a QR medallion or plaque at a gravesite.

Renewal and non-payment
- Grace period after non-payment: 10 days.
- Export period after the grace period: 20 days.
- Final deletion notice: 5 days.
If the hosting service is not renewed, the memorial profile will enter a grace period of 10 days. During this period, the client may renew the service or request an export of authorised content. After the grace period, public access may be suspended. Content handling will follow the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Packages versus standalone services
- A package combines several services and allowances at a bundled price.
- A standalone profile service covers only the specified profile creation work.
- A standalone profile does not automatically include package hosting, storage, AI credits or QR allowances.
- Clients may choose either a bundled package or individual standalone services.

Custom manufacturing, travel outside our standard service area, delivery, cemetery permissions, third-party suppliers and large events may require a written quotation. In those cases we confirm the full amount in N$ in writing before any work begins, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
