How it works
A careful process, never a rushed one.
Every legacy profile passes through consent, family review and human approval before it is published or linked to a QR code.
1. Apply
You send us the basic details of the person whose legacy you wish to preserve, and tell us whether the profile is for a living person or someone who has passed.
2. Consultation
We meet in Windhoek, by video call or by telephone to confirm who holds family authority, what material exists and which package fits.
3. Consent
The authorised family representative signs a written consent record covering likeness, photographs, recordings and publication scope before any material is gathered.
4. Gathering
You upload photographs, video, audio, documents and written notes to private storage inside your client area. Contributors you invite may add their own material.
5. Drafting
Our team, assisted by AI where you request it, arranges the biography, timeline and tributes. Every AI passage is stored and clearly marked as a draft.
6. Family review
You read every section, correct facts, remove anything you do not want included and confirm names, dates and spellings.
7. Human approval
Our staff make a final check for dignity, accuracy and consent. Nothing is published automatically.
8. Publication and QR
The approved profile is published at its memorial address, and any digital QR code included in your package is linked to that address.
