Refund and cancellation policy

1. Before production begins

You may cancel at any time before filming, scanning or drafting has started. The deposit is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (for example travel bookings), which are itemised in N$.

2. After production begins

Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable because studio time has been reserved and creative work performed. Any portion of the balance covering work not yet performed is refunded pro rata.

3. Completed deliverables

Delivered films, edited photographs and published memorial pages are not refundable. If a deliverable does not match the accepted written brief, we will correct it at no charge.

4. Revisions and reshoots

Every package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional revisions and reshoots are billed at our standard hourly rate in N$.

5. Hosting and custodianship subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the paid period ends.
• Part-used annual periods are not refunded.
• Before a subscription lapses you may export all of your media at no cost.

6. QR plaques and physical items

Engraved plaques and other physical items are made to order and are not refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain an error we made, in which case they are replaced free of charge.

7. How to request a refund

Email our accounts team with your invoice number. We acknowledge requests within two working days and pay approved refunds into a Namibian bank account within 14 working days.
